Maybe not the most legitimate search terms, but what the heck. If you want to try your own head to google.com/trends. The following is probably a more relevant study...
As you can see in the top graph graph (labeled "Search Volume Index") the statistics follow my general impression of the issue. Based on the lower graph, which is based solely on news articles, you can see that novels still reign, seconded by vampires and then ebooks. Is there any wonder how so many of the papers went under?
Just today we spoke with our rep concerning the sale of ebooks and it looks like we'll be offering them in the next couple months...hopefully sooner.
